By visiting the directory, creating an account or listing a business on Grayson Kolt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Grayson Kolt is operated by Grayson Kolt Ltd, of Ballynure, BT39 9PX (“we”, “us”). We provide a public directory of independent businesses and a Makers Market listing, together with paid membership tiers for listed businesses.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or business profile, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Submitted business profiles, images and media are reviewed before publication and may be declined, amended or removed if they do not meet our content standards.
• You must have the right to publish any content, images or business details you submit.

Paid membership plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you select at checkout. Fees are described on the membership page at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your membership from your business dashboard; access to paid features ends at the close of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or infringing business information.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, security controls or access restrictions.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the directory, Makers Market pages or account systems.

Market details, stallholder attendance and visitor registration capacity are provided for planning purposes and may change. We do not guarantee that any market will proceed as listed.

The directory and market listings are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not vouch for, and are not responsible for, the products, services or conduct of businesses listed on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
